Vision & Mission
Haryana Land Reclamation & Development Corporation (HLRDC) Limited was incorporated in 1974. The major programs of the Corporation are reclamation of alkali soils, sale of agriculture inputs and production of quality seeds. Gypsum is being provided under Land Reclamation Scheme i.e. Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojna (RKVY) to the farmers at 50 percent subsidy. Under National Mission on Oilseeds and Oil palm (NMOOP) and National Food Security Mission (NFSM) 50 percent subsidy is given to the farmers on the supply of Gypsum. During the year 2017-18 (up to 30-11-2017) , the Corporation distributed 30153.65 MT gypsum powder to the farmers of the state. Out of 4,05,499 hectare alkali affected land; an area of 370724 hectares has been reclaimed upto November, 2017. As per latest survey of Government of India in the year, 2010 balance 1.84 lakh hectare alkali affected land will be reclaimed in the coming 10-15 years.
During the year 2016-17 (upto 31-3-2017) the Corporation has sold 30 MT DAP, 244 MT Urea, 24.73 MT Zinc Sulphate, 30654 Liters/kg/units Weedicides, 12216.04 qtl. Certified Seeds and 1313 spray pumps to the farmers of the state .
